Trust and Safety Process

Racklyst combines automated screening, user reports, administrator review, provider records, and documented enforcement to address unsafe, illegal, prohibited, counterfeit, recalled, or suspicious activity.

Automated screening

Listing titles, descriptions, brands, flaws, categories, prices, and account signals may trigger review. A flag does not by itself establish wrongdoing; it places the listing into a moderation queue.

Community reporting

Users can report listings and accounts. Reports should be truthful and include enough detail for review. Urgent safety concerns may also be sent to support@racklyst.com.

Administrator review

Authorized administrators can approve, hide, remove, escalate, or restore content; record reason codes and notes; preserve evidence; and review repeat violations.

Dangerous or recalled products

Racklyst may immediately stop checkout, hide the listing, preserve records, notify affected users, give safety or return instructions, cancel the transaction, or issue a refund when a credible safety or recall concern exists.

Illegal activity and emergencies

Racklyst may cooperate with lawful requests and may refer suspected criminal activity or credible imminent threats to the appropriate authority. Public notices use neutral, fact-based language while a matter is under review.

Appeals

A user may contact support to request review of an enforcement action and provide relevant evidence. Racklyst may uphold, modify, or reverse the action based on policy, safety, law, and the available records.

Records

Racklyst maintains audit, consent, report, moderation, order, payment, shipping, message, and support records according to its retention and privacy procedures.
