Fees and Promotions Policy
Racklyst shows mandatory charges before payment and identifies optional paid promotion tools before purchase.
Free listings
Standard listings may be created without a listing fee unless a future change is disclosed before publication.
Buyer protection
A buyer-protection fee may be calculated as a percentage with a minimum amount. The checkout page displays the applicable item price, shipping, buyer-protection fee, tax, and total before payment.
Shipping and carrier adjustments
Shipping charges are based on configured package tiers or provider rates. Incorrect dimensions, weight, addresses, or packaging may lead to carrier adjustments allocated under Racklyst policy.
Paid promotions
Item boosts and closet showcases are optional visibility products. They do not guarantee views, offers, sales, ranking, or a particular audience. Promotion periods begin after confirmed payment and may be nonrefundable once activated except where law requires otherwise.
Changes
Current marketplace fees are displayed in the relevant flow. Racklyst may change fees prospectively and will provide notice when required.
