Copyright and DMCA Notice Policy
Racklyst accepts good-faith copyright notices, counter-notices, trademark complaints, and other intellectual-property reports concerning user-submitted marketplace content.
Submitting a notice
Send notices to copyright@racklyst.com and identify the protected work, the specific Racklyst URL or listing, your contact information, the requested action, a good-faith statement, an accuracy and authority statement, and your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice
An affected user may submit a legally sufficient counter-notice identifying the removed material, explaining the basis for restoration, consenting to the appropriate court jurisdiction where required, and providing a physical or electronic signature.
Review process
Racklyst may remove or restrict content while a notice is reviewed, forward notices or counter-notices to affected parties, request additional information, restore material when legally appropriate, or maintain a restriction based on the available evidence.
Repeat infringement
Racklyst may restrict or terminate users associated with repeated or serious infringement and may preserve relevant account and listing records.
Designated agent
Racklyst’s public copyright contact is copyright@racklyst.com. Racklyst should maintain a current designated-agent registration with the U.S. Copyright Office before relying on any applicable DMCA safe harbor.
Misrepresentations
Knowingly submitting materially false infringement or counter-notice information may create legal liability. Use this process only for genuine rights concerns.
