Racklyst works best when users communicate honestly, respectfully, and only for legitimate marketplace activity.
Be truthful
Use accurate profiles, listings, photos, offers, tracking, reviews, reports, and support statements. Do not impersonate another person or manipulate marketplace activity.
Keep communication respectful
Harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, doxxing, coercion, repeated unwanted contact, and abusive or discriminatory conduct are prohibited.
Keep transactions on platform
Do not request off-platform payments, send deceptive links, solicit financial credentials, or use messages for unrelated advertising, recruitment, or spam.
Protect personal information
Share only information needed to complete the transaction. Never request passwords, full payment-card numbers, banking credentials, government identifiers, or private access codes through messages.
Report responsibly
Use reports in good faith and provide accurate context. False or retaliatory reports may lead to restrictions.
