Authenticity and Counterfeit Policy

Counterfeit, replica, unauthorized, or falsely branded items are not allowed on Racklyst.

Seller responsibility

Sellers must have a reasonable basis for authenticity claims and must disclose alterations, missing identifiers, replacement parts, repairs, and uncertainty. Descriptions such as “inspired by,” “dupe,” or “not sure if real” do not make counterfeit goods permissible.

Evidence

Racklyst may request receipts, serial or date codes, provenance, detailed photos, authentication results, or other documentation. Submitted evidence must be truthful and unaltered.

Review and remedies

Racklyst may pause a listing or order, require third-party authentication, cancel a transaction, require a return, refund a buyer, withhold or reverse seller proceeds, or restrict an account.

Rights-holder notices

Trademark and copyright owners may report suspected infringement through copyright@racklyst.com. Notices should identify the protected work or mark, the disputed content, contact information, and a good-faith statement.
