Intellectual Property Policy

Users must respect copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, and other intellectual-property rights when creating listings and marketplace content.

Authorized content

Use photos, descriptions, logos, and other content you created or are authorized to use. Do not copy another seller’s listing or use misleading brand imagery.

Reporting infringement

A rights owner or authorized agent may contact copyright@racklyst.com with identification of the protected material, the Racklyst URL or listing, contact details, a good-faith statement, and a statement that the notice is accurate and authorized.

Counter-notices and appeals

When legally appropriate, Racklyst may provide notice to the affected user and accept a counter-notice or appeal. Racklyst may restore or keep content removed based on the information available and applicable law.

Repeat infringement

Racklyst may restrict or terminate accounts associated with repeated or serious infringement.
