Prohibited and Restricted Items Policy
Racklyst is designed for lawful resale goods. Some items are prohibited, and others may require category-specific review or documentation.
Always prohibited
Examples include illegal goods; stolen property; firearms, ammunition, explosives, and regulated weapons; controlled substances; prescription medicines; tobacco or nicotine products; hazardous materials; recalled products; human remains; live animals; counterfeit goods; and content that exploits or endangers people.
Restricted or review-required
Designer goods, high-value collectibles, certain electronics, cosmetics, health-related products, tickets, digital goods, and regulated products may require authentication, proof of ownership, age controls, carrier eligibility, or additional review.
Accurate categorization
Sellers must use the correct category, disclose all included parts and defects, and provide required model, serial, authenticity, safety, or compliance information.
Enforcement
Racklyst may hold, hide, or remove a listing; cancel a transaction; request documents; restrict an account; preserve records; or report activity when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or fraud prevention.
Uncertainty
Do not list an item when you are unsure whether it is lawful or permitted. Contact support@racklyst.com before publishing.
