Seller Protection Policy

Seller protection supports eligible sellers who list accurately, ship on time, use valid tracking, and keep the transaction inside Racklyst.

Eligibility

Protection may apply when the listing is accurate and complete, the seller owns or is authorized to sell the item, payment is confirmed through Racklyst, shipment uses approved tracking, and the seller follows support instructions.

Shipping evidence

Use the address and label associated with the Racklyst order. Keep acceptance receipts, packaging photos, serial numbers, and other relevant evidence until the order and any dispute period are complete.

Ineligible conduct

Off-platform payment requests, false descriptions, counterfeit or prohibited items, reused tracking, shipment to another address, evidence manipulation, or failure to cooperate may make an order ineligible and may lead to account action.

Payment disputes and reversals

Card disputes, refunds, fraud findings, carrier adjustments, and policy violations may delay, reverse, or offset seller proceeds when permitted by the payment terms and applicable law.

Appeals

A seller may submit relevant evidence through support. Racklyst may uphold, revise, or reverse an operational decision after reviewing the complete record.
