Seller Agreement
This Seller Agreement supplements the Racklyst Terms and applies whenever a user creates, edits, publishes, promotes, ships, or completes a listing.
Ownership and authority
You certify that you own each item or are legally authorized to sell it and that no lien, theft claim, restriction, or third-party right prevents the sale.
Lawful and permitted goods
You may not offer illegal, stolen, counterfeit, dangerous, recalled, regulated, restricted, or otherwise prohibited goods. You are responsible for checking applicable federal, state, local, carrier, and payment-provider rules before listing.
Accuracy and safety
Listing photos and descriptions must be truthful and must disclose condition, alterations, missing parts, known defects, safety concerns, authenticity limitations, and other facts that could reasonably affect a buyer’s decision.
Documentation and cooperation
Racklyst may request receipts, serial numbers, provenance, safety information, identity information, or other records. You agree to provide truthful, unaltered information and cooperate with reviews, disputes, recalls, rights-holder notices, payment inquiries, and lawful requests.
Marketplace enforcement
Racklyst may hold, hide, remove, restore, or reject listings; stop checkout; cancel orders; delay or reverse proceeds; require returns; issue refunds; restrict accounts; preserve evidence; and cooperate with providers, rights holders, regulators, or law enforcement when reasonably necessary.
Seller losses and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law and the Racklyst Terms, losses caused by inaccurate, prohibited, counterfeit, unsafe, recalled, fraudulent, or unlawfully sold items may be charged against seller proceeds or otherwise recovered from the responsible seller.
Affirmative consent
Publishing or materially editing a listing requires an affirmative certification. Racklyst records the policy version, user, listing, date, IP address, and session information associated with that consent.
Non-waivable rights
Nothing in this Agreement waives rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be waived. Contact legal@racklyst.com with legal questions and support@racklyst.com for listing assistance.
